Vichai was traveling in AgustaWestland AW 169 on October 27, 2018. However, the helicopter crashed outside the King Power Stadium area. Meanwhile, it is believed that around five passengers died with him on October 28.
His daughter Voramas traveled with him. She came out of the chopper before the fatal crash. Though, it is not confirmed that she is in the chopper at the time of accident or not.
During that time, the people traveling in the chopper are two pilots along with Vichai and two passengers. Presently, the male and female passengers have not identified yet.
