Serafini avoided Police for Two Years

Serafini is currently held at the Humboldt County Detention Center, facing a charge of being a fugitive from justice, while Scott is at the Clark County Detention Center, with a warrant for being a fugitive from another state.

The tragic incident took place on June 5, 2021, when the police responded to a house in Homewood, North Lake Tahoe. They discovered Robert Gary Spohr dead from a gunshot, and Wendy Wood, his wife, wounded but surviving with medical care. Wendy Wood sadly passed away a year later.
