Bob Odenkirk is a multi-award-winning American comedian, writer, actor, director, and producer.

He is most recognized for his portrayal of Saul Goodman, a corrupt lawyer, in AMC’s criminal thriller series ‘Breaking Bad’ and its spin-off ‘Better Call Saul.’

Bob, who was born in Illinois, began his career while still a student at the University of Illinois in Carbondale by hosting a radio comedy program.

He eventually relocated to Chicago and began teaching improv workshops. In 1987, he became a writer for the television show ‘Saturday Night Live.’ Since then, he has written for ‘Late Night with Conan O’Brien,’ ‘The Benny Hill Show,’ and a variety of other shows.

‘Better Call Saul’ won him a Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Actor in 2016.
